We are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions within SEVEN (7) DAYS within you receiving your order. We're happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with! Please contact us during business hours within the 7 day return period. All extensions must be shipped back unopened in its original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the hair seal on the bundle has been broken!

 

We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin hair. We highly recommend your hair be dyed by a professional stylist. 

 

A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and the security seal was not broken. Refunds are normally returned back to your bank Card within 24-48Hrs.

You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend obtaining a tracking number for your shipment. We are not responsible for lost returns.
